For the purposes of this document:
"GHF" refers to any of the operator(s) or staff of Gleam Hair Free, LLC.
"rendered service" refers to an electrolysis hair removal appointment of any type or length that is completed either partially or fully by Gleam Hair Free, LLC and its associates.
"client" refers to any customer of Gleam Hair Free, LLC, irregardless of the length of time the customer has been involved in a professional business relationship with Gleam Hair Free, LLC.
"booking a service" refers to the scheduling of an appointment by, or on behalf of, a client for the provision of electrolysis hair removal.
By booking a service, client agrees to the following:
GHF will not tolerate any kind of verbal or physical harassment, bigotry, shouting, or any misuse of its associated business facilities. This policy encompasses all forms of client/professional contact avenues, including, but not limited to, social media, gleamhairfree.com website, email, text, call, and physical interaction both within and outside of the physical office location (suite 113). GHF reserves the right to refuse service to any client who refuses to adhere to this policy without expectation of compensation or refund for any service left partially rendered due to this refusal of service; this includes residual hours left in a pre-purchased client package or gift card, as packages and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
When a rendered service reaches a completed state, an understanding which is reached at GHF's discretion, the client acknowledges GHF's expectation of monetary compensation equal to the amount which is delineated by the given service's listed monetary charge on gleamhairfree.com/services. In the event the client cannot meet, or refuses to pay, the agreed-upon payment amount after the service is rendered, GHF reserves the right to seek its due compensation through various legal means (collection agencies, small claims court, etc.). In the event a client does not adhere to GHF's cancellation policy (earlier than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment) or fails to appear for the booked service, GHF reserves the right to charge any card/payment method on file for an amount equal to 50% of the booked service's rate at the time of booking.
GHF also reserves the right to cancel an appointment at its discretion for any reason. This includes a voluntary cancellation (and may also include a subsequent charge of a card/payment method on file for an amount dictated by GHF's cancellation policy) in the event a client arrives more than 20 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time. GHF reserves the right to refuse service to a client who appears 20 minutes, or later, after their scheduled appointment time, regardless of the client's expectation of service despite their tardiness. In the event the appointment remains booked despite a late arrival, client should not expect GHF to render electrolysis services for the full amount of time as dictated by the appointment details at the time of booking the service. Rather, in the case of tardiness, the client can expect the rendering of the services to last up until the scheduled service's listed appointment end time. It is at GHF's sole discretion whether GHF honors the full appointment time despite a client's tardiness. GHF intends to be flexible with tardiness but reserves the above rights regardless.
By booking service(s) with GHF, you are agreeing to recognize these terms and understand that the terms laid out above are subject to change.
